
Greater Port Macquarie is steeped in maritime history, and at the Maritime Museum’s three venues you have the opportunity to relive over 100 years of heritage as each provide a variety of exhibits.
The Mid North Coast Maritime Museum in Port Macquarie is a hub for maritime history, collections, research, exhibitions & memorabilia.
Our museum is run by volunteers who have firsthand knowledge of the local maritime heritage. We take pleasure in sharing insights about the museum’s treasures

The historic Pilot Boat Shed has a number of maritime displays including a copy of Mathew Flinders’ Journal as he sailed past Tacking Point in 1802.
